We are a new ADHD provider offering assessment and treatment plans.

First consultation for new clients who have not been previously diagnosed
Includes:

Face to face appointment (unless otherwise agreed)

Report that can be shared with clients and their usual GP (following
diagnosis)

Subsequent follow up for ongoing titration only.
Client may need up to 4 of these appointments until the medication is stabilised

Annual Review
Any client undergoing treatment with medication must attend an annual review

Review of medication and symptoms

Pulse and blood pressure check

First consultation for clients who have had a previous ADHD diagnosis elsewhere
and are seeking treatment. Clients must have a diagnosis report that we can review.
Includes:

Face to face (unless otherwise agreed)

Review of the ADHD diagnosis report from another provider

Height, weight, BP and identifying any prescribed medications prior to
starting treatment plan. -
Discussion regarding medication plans and medication titration

Referral for ECG if needed
