Meet the team

Dr Fitzmaurice

I am a GP Principal and founder of Kew Medical Practice, established in 2002, which now supports over 6,000 registered patients. I lead a team including GPs, a pharmacist, nurses, and a mental health practitioner, with a strong focus on delivering accessible, high-quality care.

I have a particular clinical interest in ADHD and neurodevelopmental conditions. I began my medical career in psychiatry before moving into general practice, which allows me to bring a depth of mental health and medical expertise to ADHD assessments and ongoing care.

I have completed specialist neurodevelopmental training with the British Association for Neurodiversity (B4ND), covering the diagnosis, assessment, and management of ADHD and related conditions within a multidisciplinary framework. My approach is thorough, evidence-based, and centred on understanding each individual’s unique presentation.

Alongside my clinical work, I hold key leadership roles within my practice, including Safeguarding, Governance, Caldicott Guardian, and Prescribing Lead. I also serve as Clinical Director for Richmond Primary Care Network, working closely with other local Practices to improve patient care pathways.

With both professional expertise and personal insight into neurodiversity, I am passionate about improving access to ADHD services. I aim to provide clear, supportive, and efficient assessment pathways—helping you gain clarity, confidence, and the right treatment for your needs.
