Private Microsuction

What is microsuction?

Microsuction is a quick and painless procedure performed by experienced Audiologists. It involves using a special microscope and a gentle suction device to carefully remove excess earwax and debris from the ear canal, providing immediate relief from symptoms such as:
-
Ear blockage or fullness
-
Hearing loss due to wax build-up
-
Earache or discomfort
-
A feeling of fullness or pressure in the ear

During the procedure, a trained Audiologist uses a special operating microscope to get a clear, magnified view inside your ear canal. Using a tiny, gentle suction device, the Audiologist carefully removes earwax and any other blockages in a controlled, precise manner. This technique allows for maximum accuracy and minimises any discomfort or risk.

Why Choose Microsuction?
-
Safe and Painless: Microsuction is considered one of the safest methods for earwax removal, especially for people with sensitive ears, ear infections, or previous ear surgery.
-
Quick and Efficient: The procedure usually takes just a few minutes and provides immediate relief from symptoms caused by wax build-up.
-
Immediate Results: Most patients experience improved hearing and relief right after the procedure.
