What to expect at your appointment

At your initial 45 minute consultation, your clinician will take a full medical history and gain a better understanding about your symptoms and how they are affecting you. Our clinicians are able to arrange investigations and prescribe a tailored treatment plan to help with your symptoms, and offer holistic advice.

Your clinician may suggest a follow up appointment within 2-3 months. Subsequent appointments are for 30 minutes.

Important Notice

If a blood test is required, it may be completed during a separate phlebotomy appointment.
Unless included in a package, blood tests are charged at £75 plus the cost of the blood panel.
If a follow-up appointment is purchased as part of a package, it must be booked within 8 weeks of purchase.

Terms and Conditions of Payment

You will be charged for your appointment via an invoice, which is payable in advance of your consultation.
The consultation fee covers only the appointment with the doctor. It does not include the cost of any drugs or procedures that may be recommended as part of your treatment.
Additional appointments will be invoiced and payable in advance.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment:

More than 48 hours before the appointment – Full refund.
More than 48 hours before, but you rebook – No additional charge.
Less than 48 hours before the appointment – 60% refund.
Less than 48 hours before, but you rebook – A 10% administration fee will apply.
If you do not attend your appointment – No refund.

RGPA reserves the right to cancel your appointment if payment is not received at least 72 hours before the scheduled time.

Appointment Cancellations by RGPA

If RGPA must cancel your appointment, we will offer an alternative date.
If you choose not to rebook, your consultation fee will be fully refunded.

Additional Charges & Referrals

The consultation fee does not cover blood tests or procedures. These will be discussed during your consultation and clearly detailed in your treatment letter.
If you are referred to another organisation, their terms and conditions will apply.

Payment Methods

RGPA uses Stripe, a secure payment system.
We accept credit cards and bank transfers.
We do not accept cash or cheques.
